SUMMERS – ENJOY MANGOES
MANGO ON TOAST
Ingredients
Bread                             2slices
Ripe mango                   50gms
Hung yoghurt               30gms
Powdered sugar           10gms
Salt                                a pinch
Lime juice                      5ml
Mint                               1sprig
Fresh cherry                  1no
Preparation: Toast bread place on a plate, cut mango into diamonds. To the yoghurt mix in powder sugar, lime juice, salt. Place the bread slices one on top of the other on a dessert plate. Put a spoon full of prepared yoghurt on top. Arrange the mangoes over and around the yoghurt.
 Garnishwith a sprig of mint and cherry.
