WALDORF SALAD
Base: shredded cabbage
Body: 50gms diced apples + 10gms cooked diced celery + 15gms walnuts halved
Dressing: 10gms mayonnaise + 10 drops of lemon juice
Garnish: chopped parsley

As old as 1893, said to have originated in a hotel ‘Waldorf’ in USA
