Base: Shredded lettuce
Body: 30gms boiled rice + 20gms peeled tomatoes + 15gms diced bell pepper + 20gms diced boiled fresh beans
Dressing: 10 ml olive oil + 5ml vinegar + 2 cloves chopped garlic + salt + pepper
Garnish:  diced gherkins
