BASE: shredded  cabbage/ fresh spinach leaves
BODY: 75gms of collective boiled, diced potatoes + chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies
DRESSING: 5ml salad oil + 10ml tamarind chutney + chopped mint + chopped coriander leaves + crushed pomegranate seeds + 5ml lime juice + 2gms chaat masala + a pinch of roasted crushed cumin
GARNISH: lemon wedge, tomato flower + deseeded green chilli
